Steffan has over 17 years experience in the real estate industry primarily focusing on the Sale and Leasing of commercial and retail investments in the Inner City & Eastern Suburbs. His specialisation in the sale and purchase of various types of property ranges from conventional commercial/retail investment to site acquisition & re-development, and owner-occupation. Steffan is highly experienced and capable in not only providing advice on current values, yields and rents but also in assessing the benefits and drawbacks of various property alternatives towards meeting his clients' investment criteria. He is often called upon to work on behalf of mortgagees, receivers as well as private owners or fund managers in the sale, acquisition and leasing of properties. Most recently Steffan was responsible for the full lease-up of Tramsheds Harold Park (7,000sqm) as well as the Fashion Spree Factory Outlet in Liverpool (16,000sqm). Steffan prides himself on his ability to listen and understand his client's needs. He has dealt with and represented Mirvac, Colonial, EG Funds Management, Charter Hall, Stockland, Gazcorp, UBS, Built, GPT, AbiGroup, Deutsche Bank, Australand, Rebel Property Group, Woolworths, Coles, Harris Farm, IGA & Thirdi Group.

Having worked with major, National and Multi-National corporations, including Harvey Norman Property Group, Westfield, Blue Scope Steel, AMP, AMF, Landcom as well as several government sectors in the acquisition and disposal of numerous multi-million dollar sales and leasing opportunities throughout NSW.

Nick boasts 9 years of experience in the industry and brings with him his expertise in facilities management. His position at I.B incorporates overseeing all aspects of facilities management for a large portfolio of buildings. Nick is always achieving to offer the best possible service and manages to maintain a great working relationship with everyone he meets. He has built a lasting reputation of great service in facilities management and we are fortunate to have him working with our expanding facilities management portfolio.
Rebecca is a Licensed Real Estate Agent with over 7 years of experience in the property industry. Her depth of experience within real estate covers all aspects from development and design, sales and leasing to property and facilities management in both residential and commercial.
Rebecca is tertiary qualified with a Business degree from UTS. Her strategic thinking and analytical approach have enabled her to bring a level of service above and beyond the expectations of her clients. Demonstrating astute marketing expertise and a strong focus on accurate pricing, Rebecca’s success is driven by her meticulous attention to detail and knowledge of the inner west market.
Will brings to IB Property a combination of 6 years of hospitality and 8 years of sales experience primarily in the retail, wholesale and automotive sector. He combines his practical sales, customer service and corporate experience with a Bachelor of Media and Communications and incorporates a consultative approach to understanding your businesses exact needs. He is highly motivated in ensuring his clients get the ultimate solution based results they seek. Will is light and energetic and has the ability to build long lasting relationships with all his clients.
With Lui’s sum 20 years’ experience in the construction industry along with his fit-out carpentry background he has managed to successfully maintain the standard of safety in all areas of site management, all while striving to improve the training and methods used to prevent injuries without cutting into production.
Lui has a keen eye for detail and takes a proactive approach in helping to identify high-risk situations based on the scope of work and the surrounding area. With over 20 years of his onsite experience, Lui has developed knowledge and expertise in the areas of risk management, safety, field operations, and project management.

Holly brings a wealth of knowledge from her 9 years in the Property Industry. Specialising in Retail & Commercial Property Management, Holly has experience in a varied portfolio previously managing large CBD properties consisting of numerous high rise Commercial Assets, as well as retail precincts & smaller retail arcades. Holly believes the key to successful management is maintaining strong client, tenant & contractor relationships to ensure efficiency & smoothly run assets.
